Has anybody seen Tiny Houses, Big Living on HGTV? It’s my latest obsession. I rarely watch TV, but when I do I like to marvel at how other people live.
There’s something so interesting about people that can live that simply. So, if you’ve driven past Pickwick since Friday night you may have noticed
what looks like a tiny house parked between The Market and The Loft. It’s the cutest thing. It’s built from scraps from our building project and
matches the barns perfectly. Although there are days that feel like I live at Pickwick, it’s not my new home. It’s actually a food trailer!
When we switched gears and moved the market into the north barn, the space could not accommodate a kitchen like we planned to have
if we were in the south barn. Therefore, a trailer became a logical way for us to adapt to that situation for now. As we gear up for fall, we will
be able to provide our proven favorites, such as cider slush, popcorn, and caramel apples. We’re also looking forward to making fresh cider donuts.
As for other food items? We are open to possibilities. Plus, it’s on wheels. How fun is that?! I can’t wait to see where the fun, food journey
takes us. Stay tuned to our very own Tiny House, Big Living episodes located right here at The Pickwick Place!
Forward motion always,
